Shipping & Returns
Surfari will endevour to dispatch your delivery on the day of ordering, if there is any delay in dispatch we will contact you.
Please do not sign for your delivery if the parcel has been damaged/ opened. All goods are sent out in brown padded envelopes and bigger items in brown boxes. Do not sign for parcel arriving in any other form of packaging. If you sign for the parcel and it has been tampered with we are unable to persue the problem.
We are currently only delivering within mainland UK, but we are looking to extend this in the very near future.
Methods of delivery:
Currently all orders will be delivered by Royal Mail - 1st class recorded (signed for) delivery.Or by local courier 1st class signed for, next day delivery.
Prices of postage and packaging are calculated automatically at the time of ordering. Below is a guide to pricing. If the price you are to be charged for delivery is any different to that which is automatically calculated we will contact you.

It's worth making a visual inspection of the box your items are delivered in, if the packaging appears to be damaged it's worth mentioning it to the delivery person before you sign for it and make a note of it in the form you are asked to sign. If you open the packaging and your items turn out to be damaged please read on for the returns policy.
Returns & Refunds:
We want you be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are in any way unhappy with the goods you have received you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and at your own expense. The returned goods must be in a perfect re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging, with any swing tags, bar codes or labels still attached.
Want to buy a Christmas present and not sure if its the right one/size? No worries....we will extend the return policy till the New Year.
Please note: We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. It is also a good idea to include a return address on the parcel, so if the goods do get lost, they can be returned to you.
In addition to the above, under the new European Directive on distance selling, you are entitled to cancel your order without giving a reason. This must be done within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive your order. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation.

Important: Please telephone us first, to let us know you want to return the item(s), so we know to expect it and to authorise its return. All items, including any free incentives, should be returned in perfect re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Missing free incentives will be charged for at their normal selling price.
Please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt. This includes your customer details which will help us deal with your request faster.
Return postage is at the expense of the customer. However return postage costs will be refunded on goods that prove defective, or where a mistake has been made on our behalf. Reimbursements for return postage will be limited to the amount you were originally charged for delivery by us.
If possible, please include a brief letter of explanation to let us know why you are returning the item/s. If you require a replacement please state your choice clearly and include your card details or payment for delivery postage. Make sure you include your name & address.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used for payment.
